The building is equipped with laboratory, office and service rooms. The labs and offices on the ground floor have been designed with the needs of new companies in mind and provide additional infrastructure. The two upper levels have been built for scale-up businesses needing more space. The package is completed with men and women's locker rooms, showers and toilet facilities, meeting and conference rooms along with kitchens. The BioTec Start-Up Center is a wheelchair accessible building.
An extensive modern laboratory infrastructure is available in the working area.
Tenants are able to use the basic equipment installed in the laboratories with the most important media needed. This can be extended if required.
The building has modern, fully furnished conference rooms of various sizes (seating 8-24 people). These can be reserved and used by those renting space at the Center free of charge. The fully equipped kitchens which are located right next to the conference rooms can also be used.
The atrium with its cafeteria has space for up to 200 people and is also the building's communication forum. Events about different biotechnological topics are regularly held here. It is also a place for people starting new businesses to meet. A fully equipped kitchen that can be used by all those renting rooms at the Center is right next to the atrium.
A large number of parking spaces for tenants and visitors are available in front of the building.
